To secure your date, a 50% retainer and signed contract are required before your date and Dame team are confirmed
Retainers & all services are non-refundable
Dame can not guarantee that trial bookings will be accommodated on weekends during peak season, unless booked well in advance and outside of core wedding hours. Our peak season runs May through October
Cash is not an accepted method of payment, except in the instance of artist gratuity.
All payments will be collected prior to your event date
Balances are invoiced 30 days before the event date, and are due 14 days before the event date
Trial & event payments are due in full at time of booking
Our cancellation policy applies to all secured dates
Your retainer will remain non-refundable
Dame will not, under any circumstances, violate any provincial guidelines and restrictions that are in place at the time of an event to ensure the health & safety of the DAME team, our current clients, our future clients and all of our families
If your date is impacted by COVID-19, Dame will accomodate one rescheduled date at no cost. If you need to reschedule more than once, a $150 charge will be applied per newly rescheduled date. Your original team availability may change if they have an existing booking on your rescheduled date. Dame will accommodate the rescheduling of the original date to align with the safety measures and requirements dictated by the province. Availability may be limited Dame will work with you to accommodate your rescheduling needs as best as is possible
While applicable, a waiver must be signed by each service participant while the Covid-19 pandemic is active for contact tracing as well as to confirm they each have no symptoms, have not tested positive and have not come into any high risk contact (and more).
Hair services can be booked during a "Phase 2" of re-opening, and Makeup services can be booked during a "Phase 3" of re-opening
